Shipment

The delivery is carried out by our shipping service providers DHL and UPS, depending on the shipping zone in which the recipient country is located. In the case of articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. If the order is received by 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, the goods will be dispatched on the same day, provided we have them in stock.

There are the following zones:

ZONE 1: Shipping within Germany

Shipping service provider: DHL
Delivery time: approx. 2-4 working days
Postage: For deliveries within Germany we charge a transport fee of 6.90 euros. From an order value of EUR 100.00 we deliver free of charge within Germany.

ZONE 2: Shipping European Union

Shipping service provider: DHL
Delivery time: approx. 2-8 working days
Postage: For deliveries within the EU, we charge a transport fee of EUR 13.90.

ZONE 3: Rest of the world

Shipping service provider: DHL
Delivery time: approx. 2-8 working days
Postage: For deliveries to countries in zone 3, we charge a flat-rate transport fee of EUR 35.90.
